I purchased a keyless entry remote for my honda civic that was $34.99 on July 18th, my American Express card was immediately charged. I received an email on July 22nd stating that my item was shipped and I could track it through USPS.com. Which I did and the site said: Label/Receipt Number: 9121 8052 1390 7103 0511 83

It still says this to this day, and I have emailed the company multiple times and Nicole C - Tech Support, consistently blamed USPS's tracking service, and they didn't know why they called it a tracking service. I've tried calling the phone number they provided and every time it says that the staff is either on the phone or out of the office. I have contacted my credit card company and disputed this charge with them, and the USPS is next. My credit card company seemed to be aware of this company and they took care of it, but it is still the fact that there are scammers out there with my credit card information.
