Hello; Let me tell you just because I don't Call U-Haul to cancel my truck reservation, Which at no time did they tell me that there would be a $50.00 charge for not doing so, and no where in the contract does it state that fact. If I knew that they would not go ahead and rent that truck after and hour are so I would have called them and Cancel, just tell me! That makes me mad as Hell! Rippin People Off.
