I have pasted a copy of the letter I sent to Bill Heard Chevrolet complaining about how they treated me as a customer.

Dear Howard Herman,
In response to your letter I received on July 5th regarding the 2006 Chevrolet Colbalt I attempted to purchase on June 18th.
My husband and I spent over 6 hours at the dealer ship that day waiting mostly on everyone there to get paperwork together.
When we left there that day I was COMPLETELY SATISFIED with the 2006 Colbalt. It was everything I was wanting in a car. It was brand new with warranties, a 5 speed, good on gas, and everything else I don't have time to list write now. As each day passed and I drove the car, the more I fell in love with it. It made me feel good inside and proud to have such a nice vehicle to drive and show off.
A week and a half later, I was told I had to come in and sign a new contract for the car. I didn't have a problem with that except I found it odd since my husband and I both were under the impression that when we left there on the 18th of June that the deal was final and as long as we made payments, the car was mine.
I busted my butt to come up with the $2000.00 down I was to have. But I didn't mind because the car meant that much to me and I would have done whatever necessary to get the money.
So as I go down to the dealer ship to speak with some guy named Justin in finance whom I never did meet with to sign these papers because there never were any new papers or contracts to sign, it was all a lie. I get there only to have them tell me that they have to take the car back because they couldn't get me financed. Then why did they tell me it was a done deal the day I signed papers and drove off the lot driving, the car around for a week and a half.
I asked them about a co-signer and after giving them my fathers name and they told me he was approved but that he couldn't help me. Now rather than doing whatever they could and working with whatever options there may have been. Like taking my husband off the car and adding my father who was approved but they didn't seem to want to work with any of that.
So as I had to leave the dealer ship in my old car which by the way had gone over the 30 day default since the 18th of June and I couldn't make a payment on it because I was working so hard to come up with the $2000.00 down for the 2006 Colbalt that on that same day after I returned home from work at 10:30 pm, they proceeded to come and pick that up too.
So now I am left with no vehicle at all, two children to do my best to make sure I can get to the grocery store, a job to get to in the evening time which I can take a bus to but have to pay $16.00 every night just to get home because the bus system is no longer running.
I was a COMPLETELY SASTIFIED customer on June 18th but as of today July 6 I am anything but completely satisfied and I intend on letting everyone I know just how Bill Heard Chevrolet treated their customers and there is nothing good about anything I have to tell them.
What you guys did to my self esteem and everything else is wrong and to think you do it all the time. I can not believe you are still in business.
Then for you to send me a letter thanking me for purchasing a 2006 Colbalt and you hope that I am COMPLETELY SASTIFIED and that everyone at Bill Heard Chevrolet shares this commitment is nothing but a routing letter with a few things changed on it.
You want a COMPLETELY SASTIFIED customer and for me to share the good about your dealer ship then I am sure that you could find a way for me to once again be driving a 2006 Colbalt using my father on the application or what ever it is you may be able to work out. Until then I will have nothing nice to share about the dealer ship and I will continue to send this letter to whom ever I need to get what you guys have done to a customer.
