Rip Off Dishonest Along With Auto Dealership HSBC is a scam. They team up with fraud dealerships

My husband and I have bad credit. Will be the first to admit that to anyone. Thought it was a dream come true when we were approved to get a 2003 Dodge Pick up in October. Little did I know the nightmare would begin shortly after. My payments are due the 4th of the month. If it wasnt there by the 8th. Here come the phone calls starting at 8 am and every hour almost on the hour till 9 at night they called... I agree with the person who stated thank god for caller ID. So i didnt have to talk to a person who didnt care if your payment had been made or not, just wanted more money. As we had our truck for 6 months, it was time to get my truck registered... Since I have never financed a vehicle before this was all new to me. So, I go to the DMV with my insurance cards to register the truck. It was still in the previous owners name. Still not in mine or my husbands. Ok. The DMV told me to go to the dealership and talk to them. SO, being HSBC was my finance company I called them instead. All they said was the dealer was holding the title for some reason they did not know. I said. Ok after 6 months you havent recieved a title on this car and you are doing nothing about this? So, the next week, I went to the dealership to ask them what was going on, and they packed up in the middle of the night and left town, they are being investigated by law inforcement as we speak. Now back to my main beef with HSBC. Afer informing them of what happened, mind you its someone new everytime I call, no one knows what I am talking about. All they would tell me is, they dont have the title to the truck. From what the DMV told me. That dealership was a big ol fruad, leave it to me to find it, and that there were multiple finance companies in with their scam, although they wouldnt tell me if it was HSBC or not, which i assume they are. Went through a big deal with the dealerships lawyers in houston. Wouldnt tell me anything unless i faxed them the VIN number of the truck, i guess so they can steal it back. HSBC has done nothing about getting a title to the truck, so, I have quit paying them. I have to buy a paper temporary tag on my truck every month that costs me 25 everytime. Im out of 350 bucks already from having to do this. They call me everyday. I still dont answer my phone. They send me letters telling me to pay what is due or they will repossess... Ok. With what title showing me you own this truck, cause neither of us do. And the next day I get a letter in telling me they will put me on a work out program so I can catch up what I owe. Sorry, am not paying one more dime on something I will never own. I get it paid for, then what? Let it be a piece of yard art till it turns to rust? I am not putting the whole blame on HSBC for what is going on as the dealership is also to blame the most. But, come on, Sounds to me all they want is the money and they dont care if they ever get the title of the vehicle. Cant repossess what you dont own. I just dont understand a company like this. Guess they are just out to screw the little guy.
