Please help me. I am a 38 year old disabled woman who has recently purchased a car with my mothers help from Hempstead Ford on Main Street in Hempstead New York.
I was in a rush to purchase because I have a premature infant in the hospital 30 miles away from my home and need transportation desperately.
I purchased the car with two dents on the right side fender and right front bumpers with the promise note from my Sales Rep Mark DiMartini and the Finance Manager Ellen that it would be fixed two days later.
However, since then I have made a several attempts to have it repaired and I have been given the run around. Please help me. I have even went so far as to tape 15 of the phone conversations with them.
