The car that was sold to me was not done as promised. It has defects and detailed inspection by independent mechanic confirmed the ones I found and added few more. Some of the parts located in different areas are showing higher level of use then the rest of the car.
Some of the components (air bag system, air condition unit, vacuum system components, assorted body parts) are not installed, not working or simply missing. Seller acknowledged problems and was promising to correct them for over 6 months. After that time the only response I got was: "I do not have the money to fix your car".
I already paid for the car, including replacement of damaged and not working parts. At this moment the car is not safe to drive.
Bogdan Kolis buys cars after accidents, from auctions and other car shops. Then he arranges for them to be assembled and fixed so the car will not fall apart at the time of sell. After that it is all yours... He does not care about the car or you.
He pretends to be a private person selling his own car but in reality it is not so. That is the way he operates.
I am blaming myself for being too trusting and straightforward.
