This is in response to the other reports about this company. Everything that I have read is exactly what I am going through. I was so happy to see that I am not the only one going throught this horrible experience. I work in collections and I have never seen this kind of collection practices. These people have done exactly what the reports say. They have come to my work the very next day after my due date and don't care who is around! My family members have also been contacted. My poor ailing father has been called and told that I cannot come up with my payment and if he knows where I can borrow the money from.
My payments have not been more than 3 days past my "due date". My husband as gone the the office here locally and asked them to please stop harrassing me at work. They gone as far as telling my husband that they do not know why I have this car because I can't even afford it!
The reason we have gone past the due date sometimes is because of how our pay periods fall. Of course like most hard working people we have to be able to pay ALL of our bills some time.
Anyway I'm going to see an attorney. I have had enough! I know this cannot possibly be legal! My stress level has gone sky high and I'm not gonna take it anymore!
