Purchased a car for $1,000.00 on May 27th at D & D Auto Brokers. Five days later the car broke down. Had the car looked at and found out that the spark plug was epoxy-ed into the head. When the engine heated up the spark plug became loose and blew out of the engine. When I confronted D & D Auto brokers they denied knowledge of the glued spark plug and after several days they refused to repair the car. I had the car repaired and cost me $1,392.00. I have been in contact with the State and County Consumer Affairs Office, Ocean County Prosecutor's Office and several television and radio stations. From what I understand is that they are going to have to reimburse me for the repair. But it is going to take a lot of aggravation and time. I think these people are 100 % con artists and I wouldn't want anyone to have to go through what I did.
