This is when folks all our accounts got railroaded with miscellious unknown charges and fees applied to auto loan accounts. People like Isabella Straford, Catky Stahl, Jacob Smith, Karen Crenshaw, and most I go on with the fake names who pretend to be managers who are like telemarket reps. Without an Accounting degree and customer service skills. These people are rude, unhelpful, and unsuffcient. They will mess up your auto loan account and lie to you that you owe more than you do. Please keep up with your payment studs and keep all your dated documents. I am sueing them because they like to take advantage of seniors but this senior is ready to fight in court.
