I had insurance with them until Mar 13 when I cancelled, sold my car. The agent Darrin failed to tell me that I needed to keep a non-owners policy for my SR-22 so it cancelled... BUT on Mar 20 Eastwood held out another $32.05 for premiums even after I had cancelled it. I then got a letter saying I was re-instated... I never asked for this I already had insurance with someone else by then... I complained and complained that I wanted my MONEY BACK!!!
NO ONE called me or addressed it... I contacted Brian the manager and he wouldn't speak to me. So now on the 9Th of May Eastwood holds out another $36.05 from my checking account. The letter said I was being cancelled for non payment when I had cancelled it myself months before. I have sent a complaint to the Texas Insurance Commissioner, The BBB in Texas and CA and to the Texas and CA State Attorney General.
Resolution Sought: DEPOSIT INTO MY CHECKING ACCOUNT: I want the $41 reimbursed that I paid my other insurance company I want Eastwood to reimburse me the $32.05 from March, The $36.06 from May CT DEBIT -36.05 WITHDRAWAL AIG AGENCY AUTO

They will lie to you on the phone about a rate and then switch it at the last minute to a higher downpayment and payment.
