This company is so wrong... I don't even know where to begin. I have atleast eight addresses for them ranging from PO Boxes to Physical addresses from PA to AZ. I won't go into too much detail because it looks like several hundred people around the country are having the same difficulties with these people such as:
(1) Extremely disorganized when it comes to our car insurance. This basically results from the left arm not knowing what the right arm is doing. I've gone through this insurance crap with them since I bought my Durango, which is fully financed and required FULL coverage before you can even drive it off of the lot!!! It doesn't make any sense how they can't keep this information straight about our insurance.
(2) Relentless and harassing phone calls at work, home, cell and voice mail. Non-stop! Unbelievable. I can't even find the words to explain this little gem of business ethics.
(3) Rude on the phone. They've even been rude to my nice, loving mother who simply was taking a message for me-threatening to report me to credit bureaus or start reposession papers when my payment was (as usual and for goddamned $12.95 a pop) sent via Western Union and on time. This is because they're applying part of my car payment to some rediculous insurance they put on my vehicle because they can't seem to simply KEEP TRACK OF MY INSURANCE INFORMATION!!! Are you serious?
I could write a stand up routine on this alone. Do they have monkeys working over there wherever over there is? I'm done, I don't think I'm aloud enough words to go on. We really need to think seriously about class action business against these idiots. I'm currently looking to re-finance with someone else myself. I suggest you all do the same if you can.
