Wynns Extended Warrantee Care ripoff cost a fortune dishonest fraudulent do not honor contract

On February I purchased a Dodge Durango from Harbor Auto sales in Norwalk Ct. I was offered as an option a extented warranttee form Wynn's Extended Care. I purchased the extended plan for $1,620.00.in this plan I have the deluxed coverage which is the maximum coverage for all major repairs and parts this company offers. The plan is supose to cover in additional benefits: Towing, car rental, and repair payments can be made directly to repair facilities. I was reassured by the dealership that getting this coverage was a wise choice. I would be covered for either 41 months or 41,000 miles. I was told that my mind could be at ease knowing that I will have this coverage. And if something went wrong I would only have a one hundred dollar deductable to pay under this plan. I bought the coverage.

On April 17 around 5:30am I was coming home from work when the 4 wheel drive light came on and my durango would not move. The vehicle was stranded in the middle of the complex driveway causing an incovenience for all fifety unites. I called for roadside assistance, personnal care towing company came out and told the vehicle to transmission works in New Britain CT. As the men from the towing company were putting the vehicle onto the bed
the transmission fall out. They towed my vehicle to its destination.

On April 18 Transmission works called me, they would not touch the vehicle until they got in touch with Wynn's extended care. The person that handled all warranttees from Transmission Works was out for a couple of days.

On April 19 Transmission Works called me, to let me know that they had got in touch with Wynn's and it was ok to start taking things apart to find out what was wrong with the vehicle.

On April 20 the inspector for Wynn's went and inspected the vehicle. The inspector denied my claim.

Since the decision I've got in touch with the dealership, Wynn's, and the financial company. All companies said it was my problem and I was stuck with a $1700.00 bill. No one wants to help me or work with me.

The damages: universal joints, dry shaft, transfer casing, and transmission went bad.
In the inspector's report he stated that It was my fault why all this went bad. And because I continously drove the vehicle they are not going to cover me. They also told me 6 other reasons since the first one as to why they will not honor their contract.

My veicle gave me no warnings what so ever, that something was going to happen, no warning lights, no engine lights, no vibrations, nohing at all. There was no way that I could have known that the universal joints were going bad like te inspcetor said.

Wynns, Harbor Auto sales, and Credit Acceptance donot want to have anything to with me now that my vehicle needs repairing.
However, They are steadily collecting my money for the sevices.
I have all documents in my posession. I have missed work since then, I am a single mother of four children. I am about to lose my part-time job soon.

Can someone help this desperate mother get justice.
