I hired this company to ship a car from Fl to Nv.
After many weeks went by their contract ran out. They agreed in a phone call that they could not ship my car and no one had been assigned to do so.
Many weeks later they still had not returned my deposit. Finally after many calls I received an e-mail saying they were sorry and accounting would be notified.
I contacted my credit card company who sent them forms to fill out for my refund. They did not respond. It has been three months and they will not answer calls or e-mails and I have not received my deposit back.
Even when my contract was in effect this company literally ignored me as to the status of my shippment. On three occasions they told me they had a shipper for that week and no one showed up.
