In 2002 My husband and I purchased a 1997 chevy Lumina from DriveTime a.K. A The ugly Duckling when we were expecting our 3rd child.in the middle of summer when it was atleast 115 average daily temps.
Our a/c went out after 2weeks and they not offering a warranty offered to fix it, well when we got the car back a week later it had massive problems. They said it looked as if we tampered with it. So we continued to drive it with no proper a/c.
The next month it stopped running and they did nothing to fix it. So we simply returned it and told them some harsh words.
Now we are getting phone calls asking us for over $20,000 for a car we had less than 4monhts. We will let them take us to court so that maybe our stiry will make a judge think twice before he awards this company ANY money
