I bought a car from Coliseum Auto Sales back in in buying this car the dealer stated that if anything goes wrong with this car to bring it back to them and they will be happy to take care of the problem. About a two months after making a very generous down payment on this vehicle and payments to the dealership which also included taxes and tag fees, my car starts acting up.
I took this car to the second top Mazda mechanic in the country and upon his acessment of the vehicle he came to find that the vacuum hoses had been re-routed and so he thought that putting the hoses back to where they belonged that would fix the problem.
Well that was not the case, this made the car run worse in that making me believe the company in which i financed this vehicle had tryed to maybe dr. Up this car.
Come to find out this car needed a new transmission. So I proceded in taking this car back to the dealership so that they could fix it. When I go to pick my car up the owner had my car blocked in with other cars and for no apparent reason would not let me have the car back.
Now i am still having problems after all this time because the dealership put the title in my name and my county is trying to say that I still own this car as if it was in my driveway which that is not the case. How can they put a title in someones name when the car was financed to begin with and that usually happens after the car is payed for right?
I payed alot of money to this dealership and i fell like i was taken. I havent been able to get help from anyone! What can I do?
