THis insurance company really is stupid their investigators dont know * they are talking about. My 2002 ford explorer is stolen for the last 8 months and im making payments for a car i dont have because progressive claims that my car could not be stolen because it has a immobilizer system while i have reports that show immobilzer system is not something thiefs cant surpass and they think a 4x4 cant be towed which is also bull cuz a 4x4 is a rear wheel drive it can be towed a awd needs flatbed. I am so stuck with making payments cuz i dont wanna blow off my credit and i cant afford an attorney i need help guys please any suggestions or documents againt progressive would help thanxx
