This Oklahoma Insurance company (Farmers Insurance at 2401 nw 23rd st. They are forcing victims to take pennies on the dollar settlements that are no where near the fair market value of vehicle/s in question. Possibilty that our Attorney General Office may audit their Behavior. Totally ripping off the average joe with no legal support. Maybe doing the same in your state. Food for thought! Date: Tue 02/21/06 07:12 PM Dear, Arizona Center for the Law in the Public Interest http://www.aclpi.org/default.htm

My name is WillIe and I am soliciting your help to deal with an large corporate / company (Farmers Insurance) in trying to recuperate losses that my family is entitled too.

To sum things up, my son Brock, was involved in a car accident which he received and shoulder/neck injury, and which was not his fault. A client of Farmers Insurance was the culprit/cause of the accident and admitted liability. Her insurance agent also called to inform us as well, that there client was taking liability for the accident and they would handle the damages.

So far, farmers has given us insulting offers on our truck which was totalled ; and to add insult to injuy, behind our backs they cancelled our rental telling the rental company that we had reached a settlement. We now have no vehicle to use in getting my son to school, also have no insurance to cover my son using our vehicles at times, and no reasonable response from Farmers.

Knowing that it is a financial burden for the average individual to retain a lawyer, without concern, farmers said get a lawyer. The truth hurts. We are in a financial bend right now because of their client carelessness. We can not afford an attorney. We are at times, one paycheck away from being broke.

So we plea for your assistance in getting our family back to its' normal daily life before this accident took place. We highly appreciate anything you can do to help us. Any extra funds we have will be gladly donated. Sincerely & Desperately,

Culprit: Insurance Company: Farmers Insurance Insured Person's Name: K.E. Williams Insurance Type: auto Policy Number: xx-5046 Claim Number: xx-9693

Details of Occurrance: On 01/30/06, at approx. 0746 hrs, the above subject (k.E. Williams), was involved in a four car accident in which she was the absolute cause of. Kelly rear ended a stopped jeep causing it to catapolt into a stopped truck, that my son (Brock) was in; which in turn, catapolted into a van stopped in front of him.

All three vehicles were stopped for a red light when Kelly rammed into the jeep starting a chain reaction accident. Kelly admitted to being at fault to all drivers and as well to her insurer " Farmers". Farmers' agent, Gail Petit, did advise us that Kelly is taking fault for the accident and that she would be settling our claim. Gail wants us to come to her office in another town (scottsdale, Az.) to settle the claim.

My son, Brock, suffered injury to the right upper back shoulder and lower rear neck area, where he had to be treated for severe muscle and nerve pain. His shoulder was immobilized, leaving him unable to raise his right arm less than a third of the way up from his hip area. X-rays were taken showing no signs of serious injury. A MRI was suggested to our insurance by our doctor but denied, but instead, reffered to an orthopedic for further diagnosis. He is scheduled to see the doctor on 02/20/06 to determine if it's okay and if he could be released or to seek further medical attention.

Meanwhile, Melissa, the Farmer insurance agent handling our truck, refuses to give us anything near the going market " demand" for our truck (fax #. 206-600-5737). And Gail Petit just lied and told enterprise rental that we have settled and that our last car rental day was today (02/16/06).

NO SUCH AGREEMENT HAS COME OUT OF OUR MOUTHES. I'm sick and tired of these large corps/companies taking advantage of us average " joes". I'm fighting this all the way to our state senators office. This crap has to be changed. No more taking advantage of the average indidvidual with big attornies and large company funds. I hope that this is far as it goes. We know that you guys have the power to make these type of businesses apply to the standard rules and regulations that are set. All that we are asking is to be put back to our original status that we were in before their client caused this problem at hand. We are not looking to sue anyone, just to get what is fair for our damages.

Thank you for your time
