Ripoff dishonest no morals or integrity will sell their mama underwear to make a buck and turn around and take them back!

I called Jessie (Internet Sales) to inquire about a 01 Surburban they had for sale. She told me how clean it was and how good of condition. My concern was that i was unable to test drive it because i was in a different state. Jessie assured me that when i received the vehicle and have it checked out that they would fix anything that was found wrong with the engine. Needless to say i bought the vehicle. I arrived to Memphis Tn to pick up the vehicle. There was no gas, paperwork, tags and a flat tire when i arrived there. I called back to the dealership and spoke to Matt and he had the driver give me the money i just paid him so i can gas up the car. Matt told me that the paperwork was Fedex overnight to my house (that was very stupid being that i had to drive the truck back to Fort Campbell, Ky). I arrived home 4 hours later and there was no paperwork. I called and he just did not know what was going on. Come to find out he placed it in regular mail and those of you that are military knows that do not work to get onto a military installation.

Well 3 days later the suburban breaks down. I took it to the dealership for the inspection and guess what Greensville Pontiac (Sean Davis, Sales Manager) told me he was not going to pay and that it was my responsiblity to get it fixed (3days later after purchase). I explained to him what was told to me and he did not care. Jessie flat out lied about the whole conversation or any conversation that we had. I have witnesses that heard her tell me that they (Greenville Pontiac) will fix it. She all of a sudden got a case of amnesia (all of a sudden) to save her ass. He pretty much told me that when i took possession of the vehicle that Greenville Pontiac GMC Buick did not care that they sold me a car that lasted 3 days. People it only cost $350.00 to fix and they made 13,000.00 off of me.

After talking to Sean Davis i called Yancey (the general manager) at another one of their dealership he would not help or give me the information i needed and told me that i had to deal with Sean even though they received the vehicle from his dealership. I called Sean back and asked him to give me the names of the owners, general managers or anyone who i can talk to since i was not getting anywhere with him. He refused and told me that the Buck Stop With Him. Really? I told him that this is the worst dealership that i ever had to deal with in my entire life. This is the worst dealership on the planet. I asked him can i turn in the vehicle since i do not have any documents that were signed. He told me no that he was not in the business of taking back cars.

To add insult to injury, i had a deal with Greenville Pontiac (Jessie and Matt) that when i sent the $12,500 there was a post dated check for $500.00 to be deposited on the first of March that they will send me all my paperwork and title on the first of February since it was only $500.00 left. Well, since i called and complained about the car breaking down Sean Davis decided that he was not going to release any paperwork until March 1st but that was not the agreement. So now he is getting real petty. I cant register, get tags or title the car. I don't even have the paperwork that i signed and they have a Texas License plate on the truck that is not registered to me but told me say it was mine (Yeah right)!!! The deal was closed on Jan 30th it is now Feb 6th. So i have a car that is broken and in the shop that i do not have paperwork to that they are hold on to but do not want to pay for the repairs that they promised to pay. They will not honor the commitment that was made to me. But the car is not officially mines according to Sean Davis. So who is responsible for fixing it.

I was reading their website and they said that Four Wheels
Autogroup put customers first and they have great customer service. WHERE??? I need that customer service to call me.

I told Jessie my husband is in Iraq and we needed to make this go as smoothly as possible. She Lied.
