RIP-OFF Dishonest misleading sales tactics

I called AAMCO to ask how much it would be for a whole new transmission, I spoke with Gage (manager/sales person). He told me $995 with free towing. I took the car in that day. Three days later he called me back leaving me a message saying that he needed me to go there so he can speak with me. I went in that afternoon and he told me that he it was more than what he expected and told me that it was going to be 2601.98. I declined and he told me that it would cost me about $700 for the disassembly and reassembly, and using salesman like tactic reassuring that the car was good and worth repairing. I told him I couldn't afford that much money, so he offered me inhouse financing, money down and $100 every week no interest. I told him I'd think about it and I'd talk to him tomorrow. I went in the next day and gave him $900 down. About a week later he called me and left me a message saying my car is ready and running great. When I went to pick up the car, I paid the remaining total of $1701.98 while they jump started my car. He told me that he changed the oil and added Lucas oil additive. Then he gave me my key and told me that my engine needed to be fixed. I was upset and I heard the knocking sounds coming from the car. I took the car and came back after a quarter of a mile. I told him the car was bad and so was the shifting. And he said the car can go up to 70mph. I asked him if he could keep the car and give me my money back, he declined. He left me to speak with his shop foreman (Steve). I asked Steve if he could just give me my last half, total of $1701.98 and he could keep the car. He Declined. I didn't know what to do, and I told him that I couldn't even sell the car in that condition, then he offered to help me look for a buyer. They kept the car to fix the shifting. I went back a week and half later and asked Gage if I could get some of my money back. He asked me to call him the next day to let me know what he and Steve could do for me, because he didn't want to have an unsatisfied customer. When I called him he said, Why are you disturbing me on this fine afternoon, my services with you have been served and my business with you is complete. Then he hung up on me.
