I bought a Toyota pickup from Price Point "as is - no warrenty." I asked if there had been any previous damage to it, such as accidents or any work done on it. The dealer specifically said no. He also added theat they did a full inspection of the truck.
Now it is three months later. The truck needs a new piston head and cylinder. Which will cost me $1,500 or more to fix. I still owe $2,000 on the truck. And now they are saying they told me it had previous work done on it and that they never did an inspection.
And they are trying to tell me it's my fault and I'm out of luck. I don't think so. I want to take them to court for this.
In addition to all of this, as if it wasn't bad enough already, they lost my registration, insurance and title. I got pulled over for expired tags and got fines for all of this stuff. Clearly, it is their fault, and they won't help me out at all. They are going to wish that they never tried to screw me over. I will get satisfaction out of this.
