Canceled order after months of waiting, have not yet recieved refund Ripoff

I spent around $900.00 with this company for auto parts. I only recieved 1 out of 3 parts that I ordered. After about a month of waiting I emailed them serveral times about the problem. I never got a repsonce from them, so I decied to call them. It took me several trys over a couple of days to get a hold of someone. I told the person I wanted to cancel the remainder of my order that I didn't recieve. They said that was no problem. So now another month has gone by and still no refund. I've been trying to contact them all along, but no responce. I'm not going to give up until I get my refund, I don't care how long it takes.
