Mercedes Benz Of Manhattan Purchased pre-owned 2005 CLK. Remote start was problematic extorted to pay $585 for repair work to remote. It should have been covered by Mercedes pre-owned certification

I recently purchased a 2005 CLK from Mercedes Benz of Manhattan. The keyless, remote start was problematic so I took it back. They fixed it the day of return and invoiced me for $585. This is something that should be covered by the Mercedes Pre-owned certification.
