Brake Masters
Bad Service and no accountability Ripoff

I am not surprised to see the two previous reports from this company to which I will NEVER conduct business with again in the future.

I took my vehicle for brake pads replacement which took much longer than they had specified which is not really the problem. I noticed after a few days that my brake light lit up and when I checked under the hood I noticed that the brake fluid reservoir was almost empty. I proceeded to fill it thinking that they had perhaps forgot to refill it after they finished installing the breaks.

Two days later the light lit up again and once again the brake fluid reservoir was almost empty. I then figured out that there was something definitely wrong there so I took my car back to the shop to have it corrected. They took it back in and apparently one of the pads was not installed right and they had corrected the problem and refilled the brake fluid which I immediately verified.

Two days later the light lit up once again. At this point I decided to take it to a different store located in Surprise, Arizona. They took the vehicle and told me there was nothing wrong with it at all and they had no idea what the problem was. At this point I am extremely frustrated because I had never had such a problem. I took the vehicle back to the original shop who also told me there was nothing wrong and they had no idea why it was loosing brake fluid so they couldn't do anything for me. I then attempted to contact their corporate office but I could not locate a phone number, nor an address for any corporate office of Brake Masters adding stress to my frustration the car now started shaking when I would hit my breaks to stop.

I then decided to take my vehicle to the dealer's shop who after looking at the vehicle informed me that the break pads were installed incorrectly and they had consequently warped my break disks and it would cost me now $300.00 to get the disks resurfaced as well as $200.00 for the new set of 4 break pads. After that there was absolutely no problem with the vehicle.

Unfortunately, I did not wish to aggravate my frustration and I let the matter with Break Masters behind. And as I mentioned before, will never do business with this company again.
