I have been dealing exclusively with this shop for two years, always paying premium prices but needed to have assurance that I have a reliable vehicle. They recently replaced the fuel pump in my car, overcharged me as I later found out and when I drove it away the clip holding the pump in place broke off and I had to have the care towed back to the shop.
When I returned to the shop I asked the woman who collected my payment that morning for a warranty for the work that was done since it already failed once. I also questioned if I could get paperwork on what the pump had cost them. The owner asked why and I said that I didn't feel I could trust that the work was done correctly. At that point he threw my keys and said for me to never come back.
When complaining about this treatment to the better business bureau he responded that I used profanity and that I was the rudest person he had ever met. I feel that he was offended that a WOMAN would question his business practices. I was also intimidated by his violent response.
His shop is a AAA tower and of course he probably gets a lot of business this way. Just be aware that he OVERCHARGES and does not stand by his work!!! Also is abusive to women.
