My husband Michael purchased a 1999 Chevy Cavalier. It was a hunk of junk. When we got it home it had mold growing in the console, the door was off the hindge and the car looked as if it never had been cleaned inside at all. We took it back and made them clean it.
They also supposedly fixed the door. The door fell back off the hindge two days later. Then we noticed the temperature in the car was really getting high. After my husband looked in the hood to find out what was wrong there he saw a piece of black tape on the radiator hose that was leaking. We again took it back and the repair people denied there ever being tape on it, but when we picked up the car it all of a sudden had a new hose. I paid a payment on Friday and the lady told me I had to give her more or I could park the car now. I said no way he has already made arrangements.
I went to leave and the car overheated in theei parking lot. We took it back again and the reapir people once again said I was nutts and there was nothing wrong with the car. I finally called and told them to pick it up. I went back to get me stuff out and the salesman had enough gull to make fun of my 1993 Ford Taurus to my face, I said well at least I don't owe you a dime on this and I will be using your payment this week to fix what is wrong with it and you can shove the car up your butt. They are very rude people, they have no respect for anyone and I would rather ride a tricycle than get another car from these people.
They lie to reel you in and on your credit report no matter how much you have paid they still put the beginning balance on, we will get it removed because we are going to file with the Attorney General. If anyone knows of alwssuit in Indiana we would like to know. These people need to be shut down.
