Marvin K. Brown Auto Center is guilty of shoddy repair work and very poor business relations with their customers. They have proved to be irresponsible in dealing with me regarding my complaint and in fact threaten me with legal action because I wanted to make my complaint public. They did in fact claim their work was "industry standard".
