We to have been had by this company for an auto loan in 1998. As of today 09/11/05 we ars still showing owing them a total of $933.00 whish has been paid in full since 02/01/01. We cannot get this off our credit report. We need to borrow to refiance our home but this is causing promblems with the terms if we can get one at any rate.
I would love to join a class action suit against them for that and taking advantage of people who are already having trouble to have even gone to them in the frist place. They seem to just keep giving (bad things) One credit report has account listed as Transouth one year later the same account is under Citifinancial; interesting don't you think.
