My story is not as bad as the other ones I have read. I set up by payments according to the way I get paid (the 15th and the last day of the month.) Every month that has 31 days, I get a call from JD Byriders on the 31st telling me my payment is late. So every month I have to tell them that my payment is not due until the 31st according to my payment schedule and they tell me that when they set up my payments for the 15th and the last day, they did not take the 31st into consideration.
And every time I have to tell them that if the month has 31 days, that is the last day and that is when my payment is due but of course they tell me the same b/s. So now not only is my payments being late, I'm accuring more finance charges. I purchased my 1997 Plymoth Voyager van in November and the transmission is going out and I'm paying over 9,000.00 for the van. Best believe I will never purchase another vehicle from this place and would never recommend anyone to.
