I bought a car from Drive Time in July and after 2 months months (and I kept up with my maintenance schedule), the car kept breaking down on me and finally after 6 months of having the car it finally broke down on me for good.
It is still at the Mom and Pop Auto Shop because of a couple thousand worth just to fix the MAIN problem but realized that we had bought a lemon. I called the company which they told me they will not do anything about. I still need to make the payments and that they don't believe me and think I still own the car.
I just got a new job and moved to a new house and they found me. They have been making numerous calls to my work (which I am still a new employee) and calling my home number (asking my 13 year old daughter for directions to the house).
This is ridiculous!!!
