I went to Auburn Toyota because my car was jumping when i pressed on the gas and it was making a weird noise and i was not to sure but i thought that the motor mounts broke.
I took it to the toyota dealership because I thought that they would know what they were doing. When I went in the next day the man told me that all four of my motor mounts were worn out and that I had an inner transmission problem and that they could not pin point it so it would cost from $5000.00 to $7000.00 to replace mt transmisson because thats what I was going to need done.
I went home crying hysterically because i just got the car 2 months earlier and i just had my second baby 6 weeks earlier and I was not in the emotional stage to handle that since I am a married mother of 2 struggling to make it.
I mentioned this to my cusin who works on cars on his spare time and he told me that this did not sound correct and he suggested that I call the dealership where i bought the car so I did. They recommened that I take my car to the mazda dealership in the automall across from where I bought the car and I took it to them to my suprise it was wireing and spark plugs.
That in the end costed $500.00 that was so much better then $5000.00 to $7000.00 so the other dealership lied to my face and almost got away with it until I heard about the better buisness bureau.
