I have made my monthly payments in a timely matter up until April when my daughter died ; I occured all kind of expenses and ask for a payment extension, I was granted one; then Roadloans had denied that I was granted an extension I was instructed to write for an extension, which I did 3 times each time they said I would get one based on my timely payments its been 4 months I am behind one payment. I cannot catch up without the extension I just do not know what to do
