Garcia motors tends to short a sales person on their commissions. I was told that on one sale I would make about $900.00. Well when i recieved my pay check 2 to 3 week late after them stating that not all my transactions were completed, it was for only $1400.00 and I had sold approximately 10 to 12 cars for this company. Something seemed wrong when I looked at this pay check and the commission on that one deal was only around $200.00. It had seemed that some one had manipulated the numbers so I would not recieve as much commission from them. You know the sales person is the main stream of income for a car dealer. What I want to know is why they treat me so poorly.
Plus another point: when I go into their business office, they treated me terribly, yelling at me, telling me that I need to go get permission from my manager, and it was my manager that sent me in there in the 1st place, and I need to get certain papers signed off. This seems like to me that I was getting the run around. I got very pissed off at them and started to retaliate in a business but stern manner. With in a day or two my manager told me to never go back into the business office for anything, and I looked at him with a questioned look and asked him they can treat me that way, why is it that they can not take it after giving it?
Garcia motors is a terrible place to work.
