Let me share with you about my experience with Lokey Mercedies & Infiniti.
I went to test drive to buy pre-own vehicle. I loved it, except the brake was making noise. I really loved the car. The sales man agree with me that brake is making noise, so they have to take a look at it, and fix the problem before I buy.
A few days later, he called me. Your car is ready to pick up, we took care the brake, and good to go!"
so, I believed and trusted the sales man. It's a "Lokey"! Their "Our Promise" says. "We promise to do it right ". Well, the brake wasn't fixed. A month later, I took my car to my mechanic, just in case. Brake adjustment was installed backward. So, brake was stressed by unadjusting the brake, because they installed wrong. So end up spending $400.
I called Lokey as soon as possible. They said,
"waranty is expired, sorry." I went to Lokey to talk to Sales man's manager. Sales Manager said "We will talk to our authorized mechanic, I will call you"
Next day, they called me "We can pay only $200."
well, they installed my brake wrong and sold it to me.
Basically, THEY SOLD UNSAFE CAR. I said to Sales Manager "$200 doesn't cover my brake fix. Because you didn't fix at the first place, it cause more problem... Etc"
THE SALES MANAGER HANG UP ON ME, still I was talking...
I went to Lokey 10minutes after he hang up my phone call.
"Why did you hang up my phone call?" The sales manager said "Because customer was with me" SO THEY CAN TREAT ANGRY CUSTOMER POORLY? Yes, they sells Mercedies and Infiniti, I bought pre-owned Toyota. Of course, they treated me poorly. He even couldn't say "I cannot talk to you right now, I will call you back"??
They end up giving me ONLY HALF OF WHAT THEY SHOULD PAY. ($200 check) This is Lokey's "OUR PROMISE" on the web.

(I'm very unhappy.)

(The sales manager hang up my phone call.)
- We promise to provide you with a pleasant purchase & ownership experience (Purchase was alright, but they didn't listen my important request. Which is please check the brake.)
- We promise to listen to what is important to you
(Hanging up customer's phone calls is not listen to customer.)
- We promise to do it right
(Installing Brake wrong is not right.)
- We promise to give you the absolute best service in the state (Hanging up the phone, Install Brake Wrong, Worst service in the State.)
- We promise to continue to do our best to make your ownership experience the best it can be (You buy their car and come back and complain, I will treat you bad. That's our policy.)
So, Please be careful what they do to you.
Brake is #1 Safety. If you cannot stop, you will die!!!
