I bid on this vehicle on EBAY. Item # 4557553915. Talked to Brian many times regarding this vehicle. Made arrangements to pick up vehicle in Dallas... Flying from CA. When I arrived, I was told that the vehicle was being detailed. Then I was told that the AC was being looked at. (the AC has a bad leak and they charged it up so it would work for a few days.)
I waited for TWO hours for the vehicle. I had almost 1400 miles to drive and was anxious to get on the road. As I made my journey, I realized that there was quite a few things wrong with the vehicle. I called Brian and told him of these things and he said they were working when he drove it last. That should have been my first clue. Brian told me they did a 41 point safety inspection on this vehicle.
Long story short, it will cost me over 4 grand to get the safety issues fixed. The most glaring issue is the really bad welding that was done on the front suspension. This would have been spotted immediately had an inspection been done.
This vehicle must have been in an accident. The motor mounts were both broken as well as the trans mount. The AC and cruise control wont work. The rear end is going out as well as the bearings on both rear wheels. There are at least 6 leaks in the cooling system alone.
Go to ebay and read the PAGES and PAGES of claims these con artists make about this vehicle. I had no reason to beleive that there would be so much wrong with this vehicle. Now, phone calls are not returned and they are standing on sold as is. Not very honorable. They are not US Citizens or at least not US born. Middle eastern is my guess. Talk about lesson learned.
