Beware ERIC TURNER is a liar. He is the sale manager at Hardin Honda.
I went to Hardin Honda dealership last night with my mom to get a car.
Was told over the phone the car was in excellent condition. Spoke to Luis Rojas the used care sale manager. So we came down. When we got there Luis was gone so we dealt with ERIC TURNER who did not identify himself as the sales manager. Just eric. First being push to start the paper work he informed us that the security system installed in the car is 1000 and that the fee is from the dealership.
This is a lie. Called this morning and found out another dealership can do it for 500 dollars.
We also had issues with the car. The car was not in excellent condition like Luis Rojas said everything was beat up. Broken and missing parts. Eric told use he did not have the authority to authorize the repairs but he would check with his manager tomorrow. Keep in mind he is really the manager but we did not know till we went to the companies website and say his picture and title this morning.
We ask for his card and he gave us a blank card with his name written in pen. Obviously to us now to conceal his idenity as the sale manager.
Anyways we left and decided to not to busy with them.
Just want to let people know to beware of the guy ERIC TURNER.
