I'm not going to go into great detail as I am on my lunchbreak and short on time. Basically, I paid them for labor ($113) to diagnose something they insisted was wrong with my vehicle. Upon paying them I got into my car to discover the interior electronics were not working (lights, stereo, etc) and he said to leave it there and he would fix it. To make a long story short, they got my money, were tired of dealing with me and told me to come and get my car. The mechanic admitted he did not do repairs on my vehicle and told me there was nothing wrong with it (Pretty funny that only days before, there was a part that HAD to be replaced.) Convenient that they already had their money, isn't it? They would not refund me even a dime or apologize for misdiagnosing my car... I mean, really-don't you think the first thing a good mechanic would do would be to find out if your vehicle is connected to a computer chip?
