I have been with Drive Financial since January. I have been nothing but lied to. On my contract it clearly states that I have a 15 day grace period. So a woman once asked me to fax in my contract so I did. Alot of help that didn't do.
So this gentleman calls me and is telling me that I am being charged 6.95 everyday passed the 23rd that I am late. I proceed to explain to him that this should not be so because I have a grace period like it clearly states on my contract. And not to mention that my contract states that the maximum that they can charge me is 25.00 for a late fee.
I told him that I wanted him to listen to what I had to say and he offered to transfer me to a suporvisor, I told him not to hang up on me and he assured that he would not. Needless to say I was hung up on.
I like all other people in America have other bills. So in order for me to pay all of my other bills so I have better credit, I always pay my note around the 5th of the next month (My note is due the 23rd). I will be contacting the CEO.
