GM GoodWrench, Chevrolet ripoff GM RECALLS Brakes in Canada, but FAILS to RECALL DEFECTIVE BRAKES IN United States

I had trouble stopping my 03 truck, took it to the dealership and they gave it clean bill of health, even though the pedal was soft and it touched the floor.

So, I just discovered the RECALL in Canada. YUP
