Unlawful and Deceptive Business Practices

The two dealerships Massey Chevrolet and Tustin Chevrolet have shamefully Failed to Respond to our certified letters of complaint for Knowingly and Willingly engaging in, Unlawful and Deceptive Businesses Practices.

Both of these two dealerships have been issued several violations from the State Enforcement Agency, "Consumer Affairs" (Bureau of Automotive Repair, for violating the California Business and Professions Code.
