My fiance and i bought a 95 mercury tracer from ugly duckling, and they told us we would not be able to purchase from anyone else. After a year and a half they said we could not trade in because we owed more than what the car was worth. We went to make an early payment saturday march 2 because we were going out of town they did not have change and refused to take an early payment said it was against there policy. We are paying 326.00 a month for 3 years for this car, boy did we get ripped off. These people are rude and liars and i do not suggest anyone to buy from them. But when are payment comes due this saturday we are going to give them $163.00 dollars in rolled pennies that we are getting from the bank. That should fix them. There was also one time we were 2 days late but i had called and told them we would be in monday to pay because we were out of town and they threatened to come pick up the car and were abnoxious. It is time to put these crooks in there place.
