Upon my arrival in Ohio I was imediately filled with dread within 5 minutes I knew this car was totally misrepresented.

After shuddering and a noisey drive to local garage I discovered zero compression on one of two cylinders.
After more careful consideration I declined to purchase the car.

Needless to say this guy had problems before so he was used to shaking buyers down with false promises and bizarre formulas of how since the deal had fallen apart he was still entitled to some form of compensation.

This fellow protested his ignorance about obvious defects yet he is regular competitor of sanctioned auto racing in europe.

In conclusion what had emerged was a pattern of falsehoods, evasion, obfuscation, denial, dismal, and counter allegations.

After exhuasting any remedies through ebay or pay pal which were as useless as a tit on bull I sent a certified demand letter for my deposit of 1000.00. At the same time I put the payment to paypal from my credit card bank into dispute. My credit card bank obtained a refund within 14 days.
