On March 12, my son purchased a Celica after market auto part from a website: Everything Celica.com. The amount was $235.00.
Even though a 10 business day delivery was promised, he saw nothing. We repeatedly tried to contact the owner with no response. At four weeks, we were able to locate another email for the owner, who we believe to be Isaac DeCoursey, and wrote to him and he replied back that the part was on back order.
It has now been three months and we have repeatedly tried to contact the owner again but now he has shut his website down, his original email, and refuses to reply to my repeated requests to cancel the order and receive a full refund. He also appears to have moved and changed phone numbers recently.

We believe he has basically stolen my son's money since he long ago told him he wanted a refund because he could not deliver a product in a reasonable time. We have filed complaints in our state and will now make the effort to file criminal charges against this thief in his own state.
We will not stop until we get this money back.
