I bought 4 tires at NTB with the road hazzard warranty. But when I got a staple in the sidewall they would not patch the tire and they said it had too much wear to honor the warranty but they would gladly sell me a new tire.
I requested a refund for the money I wasted on the roadhazzard & was informed that was not part of the warranty. I got ripped off. After 3 days of calling the Sears Customer Service line (1-800-549-4505) I have only been able to leave a messege & have not talked any one yet.
