Ford Owners! Never fixed my faulty head gasket recall ripoff

I have a 1994 Ford Mustang 3.8 V6. And Ford had a recall on this car for the head gasket. And thats the problem my car has now (a blown head gasket). They told me the recall was from May and November. I bought the car in 2001. But they never fixed the faulty head gasket. I feel like they should fix it because its not my fault the screwed up on the gasket.

Please tell me what i can do,
