Kia Of Huntington Beach ripoff took my used car, a 2001 Toyota Corolla S and promised to pay it off, got 2005 Kia Spectra but did not pay other car off. Left me holding responsibility for both cars... Took $500 more after deal was made... And still has not paid my trade-in off..$9500.00... General management changed over 3 times since. Need lawyer's help to sort this out, Big Ripoff!

I traded in my 2001 Toyota Corolla S with the written promise of a $9500.00 payoff and start a new 7 year car loan for the 2005 Kia Spectra. I put $500.00 cash down (to cover vehicle license registration and three weeks later I got another bill for $500.00 more after the contract was signed...
I am currently receiving a bill for both cars! What happenend with the pay-off of my Toyota Corolla S??? I don't know but I am still getting a $286.00 a month payment for the 2001 Toyota Corolla S and I don't even have the car anymore. KIA of Huntington Beach has blamed the past three general managers since I bought the car. They don't know why it is not paid off. They don't have an answer... They left me holding responsibility for both cars...
They tried to get $500.00 more after deal was made and I wrote two personal checks then stopped payment on both of them because it was not in the original contract... They pressured me to pay that. Since it was not in the contract I did not pay them this extra money they demanded.
I have paperwork on everything to prove my story true. I need a lawyer in the Orange County, California area to help me... The interest off the original Toyota Loan has caused my personal checking account to be overdrawn $189.00 at this point and climbing.
The bank where my Toyota Car loan is allready told me that they have reported negative credit to the three major credit reporting agency's causing me "Bad Credit" Thanks alot KIA of Huntington Beach, you really made my car buying experience a nightmare!!
