Ripoff painted over a pick-up box and not recieved from parts supplyer agreed

They agreed to apply a bed liner paint over it and get from a part supplier out of Colorado Springs. The box came from a local company and was dented up, paint is already coming off, and no liner like agreed. Worst work I've ever seen, cut out for the ball was awful.
