I have been in dealings with this company since Dec 7. I have emailed them numerous times regarding the sneakers that I ordered in a size 11.5. Although their website states that items should be delivered within 3-5 business days, I did not receive this package until Dec 28 (but they were the incorrect size). I then requested a refund (since their website states that refunds and exchanges are available) and I did not want to wait another 3-4 weeks since this was a gift.
They then emailed me to inform me that you were only offering exchanges at that time? I asked if they had the correct size (or even a size 12). They responded stating that they did have a size 12. I returned the sneakers (on my own dime) (the sneakers were delivered to them on Jan 5).
After that, I continued to send emails since I did not hear anything about the tracking numbers that I had requested. Finally, on January 19 I received another pair of shoes in a SIZE 13! I have sent back the sneakers again!
I have filed with the BBB and MANY other websites and agencies. I want these people out of business!
