I went into harrys tire to have a set of new 17" tires mounted on my new 17" rims. I was told it would only take an hour. This was at 9:30 am. At 3:30 pm they only had 2 tires on the rim. Not sealed or balanced just sitting in the rim. I told the guy a number of time that i had to be home ...
