Ripoff, very uncustomer service, Car didn't last anywhere near 100 thousand or 10 years Ripoff!

Hello Everyone,
I bought the cutest llittle car in the world in 2002. It ran really well and smooth. I loved that car. But I bought it second hand and well I found some really nice problems..

In may of it started to run weird. Well in fact backwards (its an automatic) so I called the local Hyundai dealer and they said get it in right away. I did and by golly the transmitions was going out do to the harnis (or what ever) was rubing on something. Oh! But i have an exstended warrenty so they worked with me and told he no go! They said it was going to be a MANUFACTURING problem..

Ha I think not. So, I called Hyundai and got the nicest guy on the phone (if your reading this sorry, but i had no other choice in the matter. I'm mad). He told me it was a Train warrenty that's 60,000 on (I forgot) and 40,00 (on the other). So, your driving and you hit 20,000 well get ready you only have 40,000 and 20,000 left on the warrentee. And after you go past 60,000 total your well out on your own.

Well I called the extended people and well told them they were going to fix it cause i paid for their services. Then the service guy called and i called well they finely gave in. Got it fixed. I was out of a car all this time 3weeks.

Now we are in to june/July and mind you I've only had the car back for about oh a week to 2weeks now. The horn went out and well it went out really LOUD!!! Got it to stop. Took it in and guess what? Some really smart nut desided to put the main part of the horn in the AIRBAG! So, they wanted 700.00 to put the airbag and horn in my car. And they were going to deploy my air bag anyway.

I told them to keep working the extended @&*^% wouldn't help do to there was nothing wrong with the airbag and I said no dirt sherlock. But it's all connected to each other. You want to know how long they had my car this time??? 1-3 more weeks do to I had no money to give them for my horn. Oh yeah airbag. And No CAR. I got my car after another fight.

I had my car 1 you see 1week. I was driving down the street and all of a sudden my RPM's went wacko' I couldn't excilerate or nothing I costed down to the Hyundai shop the Service manager just happen to be there when I called there. He said You ready for this? He said the transmition fell and fell it did all over the street and parking lot. No! One would help me in this part. It cost me 419. Dollars I put it on a credit card still paying on, to get my car back in 2weeks.

The paint on the car is coming off like you wouldn't believe. And JDPowers say's it's the top of the line in Cars. What cars are they talking about? Match box? In My mind I think Hyundai should have offered me a deal for my car. If they are as good as they say they are, they should have contacted me when my vin # showed up as offten as it did and tried to find out what to do.

The first thing would have pulled that car and find out why it went bad so soon. They say 100,000miles/10years. They should last that long and you know what IT DIDN'T LAST THAT LONG. It only lasted 6years and that is 4 years loss. Miles 94,??? So I believe it should have been looked at by them.

I wont buy another one of there products again and I'm telling everyone. I tell one that one tells one there are two and so so so on. I would be more than happy to talk and visit with the Hyundai people if they want to speak with me. But the way i've been treated that is not customer service at all. Its a lie and false advertising in my book.

Oh yeah it also has a huge dent on the sidepanel of the passenger side that came with the car. So when you look at a car and it has a bra on it look under they are on for a reason. The company that sold the car to me said they could get me a good body shop. I thought I think not so it is still there. They also sell lemons to only certain people and good cars to the others.
