A year ago this month I bought a 2004 Toyota Highlander from this deceptive dealership using my 2002 Ford Expedition XLT as a trade in along with $7,000.00 cash. The sales price for the vehicle $33,200.00 but they financed me for $40,535.00 and an $800.00 a month payment with a 9.95% interest rate, there is a difference of almost $10,000.00 that neither the dealership or Altura Credit Union can account for why this was done and when I contacted the dealership the next morning to find out what the hell they were doing (I was there till 11:00 pm the night before) that is when their wonderful customer service begin (NOT!)
Needless to say it has been a year the 30th of this month and after complaining to anyone and everyone from the DMV of Sacramento to the BBB, The District Attorney, ect... I am still to this day fighting to get resolution to what is the most dishonest crime allowed to be committed by this dealership and Altura Credit Union.
My vehicle was out of service for over a month due to a falty sunroof which meant the car was built bad to begin with as well as my front seat warmers that have never worked and still don't The car itself is just unsafe to drive as it is all over the road. This dealership refused to service my car, not to mention the warranty repair work that needed to be done 1 month after I bought it, this had to be done at Toyota of Irvine because of there crazy behavior at Toyota Of San Bernardino, not to mention I am still waiting for my car to get the child safty lock fixed for the recall sent out a year ago.
This dealership and it's credit union has gone as far as sending an unmarked tow truck to try and steal my car from me just to make the problem go away, not to mention I have been required to make this hugh payment while waiting for help but yet there is nothing to protect me against them taking my car when it's paid for! I will continue this mission until each and every stone has been un turned and all the assholes who choose to look the other way will be held accountable for the crime they have committed against me, however the bottom line here is although these people have been able to do this to me and so many other's there will come a day when they will stand before God who will make them accountable should that day not come sooner.
